Well, I was unexpectedly charged an extra18.00 for lawn that was "too long" which was just mowed two weeks ago, so not THAT long... I was very surprised by that. Then I asked that the side by the the porch be maintained (raked) and it was not done. The mowing was superb though. i thought the extra charge was too much and wish i would have been told this beforehand, not a fair charge.

Grass grows an average of 3 inches a week during the growing period and the grass was almost 8in tall. We all have our own definition of what tall is though but it took almost an extra hour to mow the lawn. when we first looked at the yard it wasn'tbad at all but customer waited two weeks to call. Since, the customer was upset we did upset we did offer her a discount to try and rectify the situation, and they have stayed with the entire season and have been pleased with our work.

There's something very good and honest in Ezra... and it's easy to have confidence in him and his employees. His bids came quickly and were very acceptible to us. We contracted for a one time clean up, and are going to continue with weekly maintenance. Got to meet Josh who will be our guy. He's very postive, attentive to any questions I had, and one hard working guy. I was stunned by all he was able to do in a single day. I loved the results and look forward to everything continuing to improve under his excellent care. Ezra's communitcation is also excellent. It is a really great service, and I am glad to have been accepted as a client.

They came very quickly and they did a professional job. They cleaned up after someone else that tried to mow my lawn and did a much better job. I just appreciate that they came out so quickly.
