Thoroughly pleased with the entire experience. From the initial estimate and sale with David Rasberry to the installation, expertly supervised by Anthony. Our home has never felt as comfortable. I highly recommend this company to anyone considering replacing their HVAC system.

They replaced my AC in my rental house. They showed up on time the first day and worked very hard for eight hours. They had another days work to complete the job. They called me the next morning and said they needed to go on a warranty call before starting second day at my home. They showed up day two at 11:30 am and worked hard until 8:30pm. The thermostat didnt work so installed a Honeywell thermostat in the house temporarily and said they would return the third day to replace Honeywell thermostat. Now its a three-day project because the workers were sent on a warranty call on the second day. Although everything worked out the third day I do question the business practices that they divert the workers to a warranty call after my landlord had prepaid 100 percent with a check for the project before they even showed up to replace my AC with a Carrier AC unit. The technicians were polite and professional, I just question their business practices thats why four star not five.
