Prompt and courteous. Helpful and knowledgeable
Our hot water heater died. Rapid water heater was here within a few hours, installed a new unit in about 90minutes. True pros.
Tim Kidd was very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job, problems solved quickly and friendly, provided good explanations of the problems. I would highly recommend Rapid Water Heaters!
Knowledgeable and quick response. John was so easy to interact with. Would use them again!
Everyone I dealt with at Rapid Water Heaters was courteous and professional. The only hiccup was that they failed to inform me until about halfway through the installation, that 110VAC was required, instead of the 220VAC that the old water heater used. necessitating the use of an extension cord until I could get an electrician on site.
The plumber showed up on time and went straight to work completing the job in a VERY timely manner. Professionalism was a high priority with this gentleman.
Workers were very professional and courteous.
