Run!! Move to your next option! After install, an hour later my house started flooding. Over $50,000 in damages and they told us to just call our insurance company. Now 6 months later, it stopped working and we found out it is a home depot tank. They should have let the Home Depot Pros install maybe our house would not have be destroyed and we could call them to fix it now! Oh wait you should not have to be doing repair on a new tank in the first 6 months. I know we will end up having to replace this tank. So buying a hot water tank from this company, flooded my home then just to end up not working six months later! A valve/hose already gone bad! I know eventually we will have to buy a new one. Just find a pro and save your home. I ca not believe these people claim to be a professional business even after the flood, do you think the owner called or stop by to see how they could help. Just to be open, they came back when we called about the house flooding, just to tell us it is our fault and call your insurance. Had a water heater leak in middle of night. Texted then and had a phone call from them at 7:30 next morning. Tank replaced by 10:30. Super nice company, employees worked clean and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend this company.

Well it has been 3 weeks since I had my new water heater installed and is running great. John was very professional along with his guys to do the job James and Chris. After looking at the old water heater I was given 3 options on what I wanted to do not what they wanted to do. From the time they knocked on the door and by the time they completed the work and left it was an hour and half later. Very happy with the time it took to get the whole job completed. When I was looking for recommendations late on a Thursday evening they were the first to get in contact with me. They happened to have a appointment open up first thing Friday morning. I would definitely get in touch with them in the future.

Job completed four hours after initial call. No issues. Installed water heater and brought everything up to code. They identified issue with main water meter, called city water department, water department came and replaced meter within an hour. Excellent service. Will use again and recommend to others.
