The bid was reasonable. Kevin and staff understood exactly what I was trying to accomplish and were able to help me find the fittings and fixtures to complete the look. The men working for and with them were all courteous, polite, and helpful. They all went above and beyond what I expected at every turn.

Custom Home Improvement was extremely professional and wonderful to work with. We had a great experience which was a pleasant surprise after having a horrible experience with another contractor on a previous project. I would highly reccomend using them and plan to use them again for another bathroom remodel.

We got three bids, and CHI was in the middle. Justin from CHI showed us lots of pictures of other jobs they'd done, and walked through various options of tile configurations, etc. We were given good allowances and were able to pick stuff we liked. The workmen were pleasant, arrived promptly every day, and locked up after themselves when they were done (we didn't leave them keys). They were nice and pleasant, and straightened up every evening. The work was perfect, lots of great touches and attention to detail. I give 4 stars because it took 3 tries to get the final bill right, which was annoying. Otherwise, wonderful experience!

Great job, good service. A little difficult to contact sometimes, but over all a great experience. I LOVE my bathroom and would recommend their work. They came within the time frame (1 week) and within budget - with no issues of add-ons or some other shady things that I've had contractors do because I'm a woman. Are they the cheapest? No - but it was less than home depot and a nicer job too. *grin*
