We had our Master Bedroom and Master Bath remodeled. Walls, doors and all fixtures were moved to new locations. Closets were built to fit the new floorplan. We could not be happier! Both rooms are amazing. The floorplan they made for us made all areas functional and spacious. Kevin and Wes put our minds at ease and answered all our questions. Peter is amazing! He was in charge of the daily job. He was helpful, had great ideas, and helped us figure out a good deisgn for our tile. He also pointed out little things for us to do to make the bathroom a more functional place. We love the new rooms, and would HIGHLY RECCOMEND them!

Our experiences with Custom Home Improvements has been excelent. They are the only contractor we will ever use, and we would feel comfortable referring them to anyone. The entire process from start to finish has been a pleasurable one. They were honest, curtious, and professional. In one word, they were excelent.

There were some problems with the ordering. We still have glass on back order. It was shipped wrong twice. Someone forgot to order the sink so it was late. The quality of work was very good though. However, we were shown items way above our budge and we were not aware of it and didn't find out until all choices were made.

The quality of their work is outstanding. We absolutely love the work that they did, as they completely remodeled our master bathroom. The project manager and crew are very knowledgeable and provided guidance throughout the process. Communication between the sales person, the customer and the crew actually doing the work could use improvement, but overall, we are very satisfied with the work they have done.

They started promptly at 8am and were done by 5pm. They kept the area as clean as a construction area can be kept. The workers were all very courteous. The company stayed within the budget and the bathroom they constructed is wonderful.
