The customer service was exemplary. Got a quote on the same day they looked it over. They waited while I checked out other offers. Remodel or Renew was the least expensive and they scheduled the deck work in a timely manner and showed up on schedule--at a time when others could give me no firm timeline. There was a glitch with the wrong measurements on the first day, but they came right back the next day and fixed it, and still finished in three days. My family and friends are loving it and it's gonna be a great summer.

It was an absolute pleasure doing business with a company who values customer service and quality work. From the very first moment we contacted RORHI to have them review our project and provide us with a quote until the completion of the deck we knew we were dealing with professionals and fine craftsmen. The crew who did our project were very skilled and worked through all kinds of weather to complete the job. Absolutely amazing company workers were on time on point not one flaw in the work...our decks and porch with stairs PERFECT the owner Chris absolutely amazing and awesome to work with ....christopher the owner is such gentleman and perfectionist of his business as if it was his own home...that said I will continue to use this company only to finish at some point our whole house I will at that time post a beautiful picture of my home fully redone by RENEW AND REMODELING.... thank you so so much for your expertise wish we had more companies like this particular company

We can't say enough about this company. The customer service is outstanding. Mike kept the lines of communication open with us the entire time, he answered all of my questions and even took my calls on a Sunday. His crew were always on time, they were respectful of our home and cleaned up every day before they left. If we could give this company more than 5 stars, we would. Mike and Devyn were greats at communicating every step of the project. Completed ahead of schedule. Omar and his team built our front farmers porch in 5 days and showed up at 730 everyday. One of the hardest working teams I’ve seen. They did an amazing job. Would hire this company again in a heartbeat.
