Michael was extremely prompt, professional and courteous throughout all phases of our project. We had an old, beyond-repair, 8-person in-ground spa/hot tub built into our redwood porch that needed to be chopped up and removed. We also needed to have redwood boards installed where the spa was. Michael responded to my inquiry the same day, visited the job site within a day, gave us an estimate and started work within a week. He also made good suggestions regarding staggering the new redwood boards so that the deck would look more blended. His suggestion was perfect. Other than the different color of the newer redwood (which the area will all be stained the same color), you cannot tell a spa was once built into the porch. The entire area looks beautiful and the project only took one day, with the crew arriving early and working non-stop throughout the day. The crew was also great cleaning up and respecting Covid protocols. Michael also suggested a stainer/painter , which we greatly appreciated, who contacted us immediately and is coming to give an estimate in a few days. Overall exceptional customer service from start to finish and excellent, quality work by Michael and his crew. Will definitely use again and recommend.

Michael was the ONLY one who responded to be out of 20 different companies when I had a leak from my living room window during a storm in November. Not only did he respond, he showed up in two days and I got the repair done in 3 weeks that was supposed to be at least 6 weeks. I’m so impressed and grateful at the quality of work and efficiency. Will def be asking Michael to replace all of the rest of our windows!!
