Existing stoop in front of house was in desperate need of replacement. Decided to replace existing structure with a portico. The work was completed quickly and the quality was outstanding. Price was good for what was built. Would definitely hire again and recommend to others.

The 3 other contactors came up with much higher prices and we did not like that they did not separate labor and materials. One did not appear very honest because because he claimed there were no triple pane Marvin windows ... but that option is available because that is what the selected contractor has ordered from Marvin. It seems that one is best off with a small contractor because the other have large office overhead and slap on extra costs for the window ordering. Ours has not, and he has been transparent on the costs. We have used him before for major projects.

We had a very complicated project involving a structural engineered stamped drawing. Remodel /renew had to tear down existing decks and build a new one. Tim was very responsive throughout the project. Even though the project took longer than anticipated, Tim assured me throughout the process that they will get it done. And he did. They followed the drawing and created a beautiful and structurally sound deck.

We researched contractors for a month, got 3 quotes and compared them to each other. 2 were close in pricing , the other was 40% more, probably because the big name and high pressure tactics. In the end we hired Remodel or Renew home Improvement. The professionalism and care they showed us in the bidding process transferred to the install. They started the job (a 16x16 deck, TREX) on a Thursday, had the inspections and finished a beautiful deck in a week. We are thrilled with their care for our home and the ease of the process. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

I used Remodel Or Renew Home Improvement to replace a door I had installed not long ago. I had water coming in and the old contractor was nowhere to be found. The owners Tom and Mike came to my house identified the issues and had a crew here the next day. I cant recommend this company enough. I was loosing sleep with water coming into my basement. I have new confidence in good people to do great work! Thank you Remodel or Renew! Exceptional service at a reasonable price.
