Rasca kept me informed about everything which I greatly appreciated. Workmanship was great, they were thorough, and cleanup was good too. They repaired cracks in my ceiling that were not part of the estimate, so my entire living room ceiling looks good now. The main problem was flexible HVAC ducts in my 2nd story which would get condensation on them and leak onto the ceiling causing stains. I'd had two handymen come out, and they couldn't do the work. RRSGLLC opened my ceiling, sprayed to kill mold, installed the right kind of flexible duct, made sure everything was dry and closed ceiling back up. They did other jobs for me as well: replaced new spigot in back yard, hung chandelier, replaced receptacles, fixed a squeaky stair, and fixed a toilet. Everything was done well. They do everything. Can't stress enough the excellent communication.

Best contractor I've worked with in the last 20 years. Though the work was more complicated than anticipated, did an excellent job and kept me well informed of progress. Easy to work with ... great customer service! Will highly recommend to family, friends and neighbors.
