Resca and his team are very professional, he also replied messages very quick and on time. I hired him for fixing water damaged bathroom ceiling drywall, they did excellent job. When there is a damage and you have to pay the fix, a professional and responsible service makes me feel better.

Rasca and his team did great work! I hired his company to fix a war damaged door. Orininally, I thought it was just the door frame. Unfortunately, there was a lot more water damage in the wall and under the floor. But, Rasca's team fixed it. And, in the middle of a rain storm, too. This prevented more costly water damage. I really appreciated that. Along the way, Rasca's team found other minor fixes that needed doing, and I had them take care of those, too. They did a great job, and were very knowledgable and professional. I will certainly hire Rasca again for other projects. Money well spent! Thanks!

I had two projects, fixing a buckling wood floor under wall to wall carpet and propping up a kitchen counter to allow a new dishwasher to be installed. I called Renovation Services and spoke with Rasca and he came, assessed what need to be done for both tasks , gave me an estimate, wrote up a statement of work, and I signed the contract. I was very concerned about the floor repair, but he opened up the carpet, fixedvthrcwood floor, and finished the seam in the carpet without evidence that it had ever been cut. He brought in one of his staff to fix the counter, and that was totally fixed by proping it up and regluing the back to accommodate the exact measurements of the new dishwasher which is now installed. Rasca is highly professional as well as doing excellent work. He is a problem solver of these very different tasks. Throughout the project he kept in touch with me, came here to asses what was being done or did it himself. I never thought I would find someone to handle both problems. He is courteous and pleasant. I am extremely pleased with his work. He followed up with me when it was finished to be sure I was satisfied, I don’t know what more one could ask for!! I will certainly ask him to help me in the future.
