I am very satisfied with my patio and the workers were professional, knew what to do to get the job completed, and they cleaned the site when the work was completed. There seem to be a delay in scheduling. Some of the scheduling conflict was due to HOA pre approval and other conflict was due to time previously booked. I offered the owner to advertise in the newsletter my community. I'd gotten four (4) quotes and the variance in cost was as low as $250 and up to $1000 more that that of Robert Construction, LLC.

I hired Ronert Construction to pour a patio at my house. Mr. Kim was prompt and courteous, and provided a written proposal. His crew planned to complete the job in one day. To level the site, they said they would bring a Bobcat, but on the work day, they did all the work by hand. This put them behind and they tried to finish the concrete in the dark. Really bad finish and not level. They decided to remove the patio and re-pour. Second job is good, but I need to re-paint a wall and double door, and I have concrete residue on the door threshold and door handle. Be warned.
