My impression is that the company provides a high quality service and completes it in a short period of time.

Mr. Lee was very responsive to my mother's needs and provided prompt service in such a short time spand. I would not hesitate to make referrals to him.

This was a very good experience for us. We had recessed lighting with dimmer installed in our family room and had some ceiling drywall work done in the process. The electrician was punctual, professional, used good quality components, and left the job site clean. Robert was flexible in scheduling jobs, and followed up on the work personally. He aims to please his customers and he succeeded with us.

I was very impressed by the quality of work and the follow-up (which Robert himself did).The prices were competitive and the work was done neatly, cleanly and certainly up to standard. I am very appreciative of having worked with this company and would gladly recommend them to anyone.

They did an excellent job on an electrical installation of fixtures, a ceiling fan, an exterior outlet. They were very prompt in responding, scheduled quickly, were very clean and professional during the install so that you wouldn't have known they were there but that there were fixtures in place where previously there were none. I couldn't have asked for anything better!

They were untruthful and consistently late. One day they were supposed to arrive in the morning and responded to my four calls that they would arrive shortly. They showed up at 9:15 pm and may have been intoxicated. A two day job took eight.

I was very pleased with the Drywall, Plumbing and HVAC work. The Electrical work was abysmal. The electrician assigned to the job worked on his own schedule, cut corners and did not follow direction. Despite my numerous conversations with Robert LLC they assured me that the work was completed properly and the electrician has never failed an inspection. As the project neared completion the concerns I had raised from the beginning were finally addressed by bringing in another electrician to finish/correct the job. This resulted in holes that were cut in to newly installed drywall The overall project was completed to my satisfaction, but it could have been finished much sooner, and at less expense to Robert LLC, if my concerns were addressed at the time they were raised. I would recommend Robert LLC for drywall and plumbing work, but STAY AWAY if the scope of your project involves any type of electrical work.

Good workmanship when the job was done, but the responsiveness and communications leading up to it being completed was lacking. Price was resonable at first - lowest bid of four - but several charges were added on after the work was started (in some cases after it was complete) without consulting us first. The pricing negotiations for additional work almost seemed like a shell game with them holding up the original work until we came to an agreement on additional work. Recommend an extremely detailed description of the work to be done on the original agreement, stick to the contract payment agreements and you should have no issues.
