Wish all contractors were like Robert but, let that go... My situation was such that I needed my water heater replaced after a minor leak over the weekend. After wrangling with a number of other plumbing companies, Robert offered the best pricing and time frame and came to my residence within an hour of speaking on the phone. There was no upsell just plain old-fashioned service. The replacement installation was complete in little over 2 hours and we couldn't be happier. I'll definitely look to hire him again should the need arise. You should too! Thanks, Robert!

I am so happy I found Robert to replace my leaking water heater! I had lined up someone else but thought the price was high, so I used Angi to do a price compare. After speaking with a few people, Robert called. He was very knowledgeable and offered a better price. I discovered water heaters and boilers were his nitch. After telling him I had another provider lined up that afternoon, he said he could locate a new water heater and do the install that afternoon as well (after he honored a commitment to take his wife to lunch :))! He was prompt, thorough and even noticed that the previous installer did not vent the propane water heater tank properly. We had previous issues with carbon monoxide that ended up in a sloppy fix. Robert noticed it and fixed it! He also provided us with hints to make the water heater last longer. in the future. Robert was a find and a true gem!

I had no hot water and no plumber to replace the water heater in the home I just moved to. Bob was very knowledgeable on the phone and came to install the replacement the next morning. We really appreciated him getting to us so quickly!

Water tank started leaking on Wednesday Night. Thursday morning I went on home advisor and minutes later Bob called me and quickly assessed the situation with a couple of pictures I texted him. Friday morning he came early and replaced the water heater in half a day. Price was very reasonable and maybe a little lower than most. He explained everything and was polite, would hire again if needed.

Excellent from start to finish- quick responses to all communications- before, during, and after. Pristine clean-up. Water heater install, change of mixing valve, upgrade on water shut-off valve- and at a great price! No waiting around- knew exactly when he would be there, and when he would be done, and that's exactly what transpired. Thanks so much!
