We recently had Robert replace our older water heater that wasn’t failing yet but we decided to do it before it became an emergency. We took bids from three contractors and Robert came in a little lower than the other two and had the experience to lend us confidence that he’d do quality work. A couple things that stood out about him was that he was pleasantly persistent but not pushy and sent us photos of past jobs. He asked for and earned our business in a very professional manner, did great work and at a price that made sense for our budget. Highly recommended!

I woke up the other day to no hot water, raced down into the basement and saw my water heater leaking onto the floor. I called Robert and he offered to come over right away and replace the tank even though he had planned to take the day off. I also had him install a safety shutoff to protect me from the next leak since my basement is finished, and it would have been catastrophic if we were not in the home to catch this leak. Feel some peace of mind now. He replaced all the components including the drain pan and performed all the work neatly and professionally. I plan to use him in the future.

Plumbers can be difficult to hire sometimes. Robert answered my call immediately, came to evaluate the job and did the work the very next day. His workmanship is excellent. I will use him again and will recommend to anyone that is looking for a reliable plumber. I give him 6 stars if possible.

With over a dozen rental properties in the Merrimack area I deal with contractors continually. Robert Johnson Plumbing is new to me but so far I have to rate him in the top 5% of all my technicians. Last Saturday I had a water heater fail and not only did Robert ("Bob") immediately respond to my call for help, he had it replaced before noon on Monday. Before the install, he took the time to discuss options and pricing. Very fair and most importantly I trust him. The next day he replaced a faucet that a competitor was going to overcharge me. So far, so great. Thanks Bob!

Robert was simply amazing. I really canâ t say enough good things about his professionalism, speed or results. Our water heater busted and 5 days without hot water as a paramedic during covid, was difficult. We also have a young child. We were getting desperate. Robert was prompt in response he got back to me so quickly. He was at my house within an hour after we spoke and we had hot water 3 hours later! His price was affordable for us as money is very tight. He even texted me, knowing I had to manage all this while on shift, with a picture of the finished product. I can not say Thankyou enough for being able to come home the next morning to a hot shower and functioning washing machine. He will be the first person I recommend to friends, family, coworkers and random strangers. Again THANK YOU.

Good price. Easy to work with had to reschedule without issue. He found non potable water pipe going to my old water and replaced it. Showed up when he said he would. Would definitely recommend.
