Paid over 13,000 dollars for a complete pool renovation. Took way longer than promised as expected but that's not the worst of it. It took them 9 months to install a valve that would allow for me to backwash my pool. Had to spend the entire rainy season plus a hurricane using a bucket to empty my pool when the water got too high. Had a hayward omni pump installed and the owner himself who marketed the pump to me had no idea how to install or program it. It is supposed to run at a low speed to save you energy however they don't know how to get it to work. It is also supposed to automate 4 pool features and he doesn't even know how to get the pump to run. I had to pay a separate electrician to hook up my pool light to it because they couldn't figure it out. It is supposed to be warrantied for 3 years however I cant get them to answer my calls or texts. Also I paid 800 for 2 water features that disintegrated within a couple of months. They replaced one and I have been waiting over a year for the second to be replaced. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I hope this review saves someone the expense of trusting this company to do the work. The sad part is I waited to post this and gave them every opportunity to make things right.
My pool and deck are looking good and the crew did work hard. My only negative was a communication problem with Ronny over some small details. The situation was later resolved and ended on a positive note.

overall my pool deck and pool look beautiful once the project was completed however communication needs tweeking;
Ronny had very professional crews that were very respectful and worked with such efficiency. Was finished ahead of schedule with an absolutely flawless product.
I found Ronnie and the team to be highly professional. The customer service was excellent. If I called a response was received within a few hours and all concerns were handled efficiently. The quality of the work done was beyond our expectations. This company gave good advise and did not push for you to buy things that were not needed. I would highly recommend pool patrol to anyone looking to remodel their pool. I will definitely be using the pool cleaning services and any other remodel needs in the future.
I spent the first 6 months receiving multiple quotes (at least 9) from pool remodeling companies and contractors. My pool remodel, patio extension, and complete tear down and re-screen was a large project and I wanted to ensure that I hired an honest, professional, knowledgeable, customer oriented company. Although Ronny didn't provide the least expensive quote, I was looking for superior quality, workmanship, and trustworthy service over a quick make-shift job. The stellar communication and work that I received throughout the duration of the job was absolutely wonderful. Ronny and his crew completed a fabulous pool and patio remodel that I am proud of. I definitely recommend Ronny Snow's Pool Patrol & will contact him for future pool needs. Thank you Ronny!
You are very welcome! It was a pleasure working with you!! Ronny and Allyson
very dependable and a pleasure to work with
Thank you Bob!
Ronny has been providing my weekly pool maintenance for a few years now and I was finally able to do the pool remodeling. I had 2 other companies provide estimates, however Ronny offered the best value option and was able to put me in the schedule ahead of time. That's the good. The bad: 1. The work was delayed for a full week. I never received a phone call or a text message to let me know why. After several messages from me, he finally contacted me to let me know that the reason for the delay was a broken piece of equipment on one of the trucks. Understandable, but communication fail. 2. After the work was finished and he'd been paid for his services (by the way, Ronny never misses a phone call, text or appointment when it comes time to collect payment) I noticed that the resurfacing team damaged the new finish on the deck around the pool. When I called him to notify and ask about having it re-finished, he got really defensive trying to blame it on the paint crew I had over to the house. The paint crew had nothing to do around the pool area. After he had one of his own guys inspect and assess the damage, he told me his crew would take care of it. No apology for the previous outburst. 3. Part of the remodeling included a new LED pool light, very fancy and very expensive. To date, My light is not working. I have texted Ronny for 2 weeks now. Finally got him to commit to have one of his guys at my house yesterday (Friday, May 12). I took time off work to be here to meet his tech. The tech never showed. No one ever called me. I called him numerous time, every time going straight to voicemail. Eventually, he texted back saying that he couldn't talk because he was at a function. That he was sorry his guy didn't show. I was understandably irritated and through text messages, I demanded a date/time appointment that would be convenient for me to have this light fixed. 4. He promised to give me 3 months free pool maintenance after the remodeling but the service has been spotty at best. My pool did not get serviced last week. Again, no phone call or text to let me know. The service tech did make it in this week, but I guess he forgot to bring a filter cartridge even though I specifically asked about a cartridge replacement earlier in the week, so my pump was just running the same water through the system. Again, no call or text. When I asked the day after the service was performed, he said that he would have his guy come by tomorrow to place the filter cartridge. I couldn't wait that long, so I bought and replaced it myself. While I realize that this review may cause him to care even less about the level of service he's providing, at this point I don't really care about that. I'd rather pay for good service than get mediocre for free. This is definitely a case of you get what you pay for. If I could do it over again, I would pay more and deal with professionals.
