Reviews
Write a ReviewContact was consistent and helpful. Crew was outstanding. Work was completed timely and our rush request was met. A great project experience!
Thank you Alan! We hope your family enjoyed their visit and the pool!
I had my pool completely refurbished from the drain up. I had contacted 4 other pool contractors, his estimate was in line with the others. his crews were always on time and always showed up on the date they were schedule to and always courteous and professional. I asked Ronny if they could have the pool completed in 4 weeks, it was completed in 3. they also will maintain water chemistry for three months. I would highly recommend Ronnys Pool Patrol to anyone having work done on their pool or spa. Him being an ex Marine also helped, and the pool looks like new.
Thanks, Mickey! We hope your guests have a great time and enjoy the pool!
Extreme care and concern for customer's satisfaction
Thank you Andrew! We appreciate your business!
I hired Ronny Snow for a pool remodel. We have a ~12x20 pool and hot tub remodel that had old grey stamped concrete, generic blue pool tile and there was no pool heater when we bought the house. Ronny came in and went through our options, showed us the differences and we had a quote the next day. He was upfront on scheduling, and contacted us when the delays hit. Regardless of the expected scheduling issues that accompany construction projects, Ronny and his team were able to get the project done on schedule. We love our new pool, the kids won't stay out of it. We actually spend time on our deck now, where before, we avoided it. The pavers are great quality and the tile Ronny helped us choose looks great. We love our pool! I would highly recommend this contractor.
Thanks, Richard! You were a pleasure to work with!
His workers are of questionable ability, but he blindly defends them against obvious defects. He promised to care for the resurfaced pool during the curing period, but did not. I had to hire and pay a different company, in effect paying twice for that portion.
We offered one month of complimentary service and did in fact service it during that month. Unfortunately, the pool overflowed on the owner's time and ruined the newly painted deck, to which we had no control.
Ronny and his team were great. When contacting each company, I asked if they could meet a March 15th completion date. Ronny and his team got in and got to it. My pool was in rough shape and they had to do extra work. Ronny updated me along the way in person, by phone call or text. I even expanded the project asking them to reseal and pain the pool deck. Done! And on time. They even worked Sunday afternoons. Plus his crew all spoke English and took the time to answer my questions.
Thank you Anthony. We appreciate your business!
Ronny and all of the services he provided were very skilled and professional. I would not hesitate to call on Ronny for help in any field. I might add his group provided us with what they said they would.
Thank you, Roger.
Hired them in June. Overall it came out okay even though we went with the upgraded River Rok and it ends up having white lighter areas, it's very nice but expected better for the money. Also they went 1000.00 over quote as the discovered they needed to removed the old plaster from the pool (you would think they would know this in the first place). They also quoted re-Staining my tile Blue and now I have blue and white tile, now they tell me I need to replace all of my tile. Overall the Sub contractors that did the actual plaster where very good. I'm not 100% happy with this but we will now have to live with it.
Hollow spots in pool are not known until the pool is drained and we physically walk and touch the existing surface. It is impossible to know the amount of demo during the estimate process. This is the only way to find out, and the service must be done in order for the new surface to be properly done and for the warranty to take effect. That being said, I now make sure I notify each customer during their estimate process of any unforeseen costs, such as hollow spots.
Liked the finished product. Took way longer. Limited communication.
There is no name for this review, so I am unable to address any issues via this site. However, I make my cell phone available to all customers, as it it the main line of 2 for my business.
My husband and I had a terrible experience with this company. Initially we were given poor advice. There were many no-shows for scheduled days. We ended up with a leak in the pool. The initial quote for the job continued to go up throughout the process. Some of the plumbing was done incorrectly and had to be redone. The owner of the company rarely came to check on the work. Overall communication was very poor. We still have a leak in the pool and are going to pursue another company. Some of his workers were very unprofessional. We would not recommend this company to anyone.
It is very unfortunate you feel like you had a bad experience. We pride ourselves on customer service. Unfortunately your pool had other existing issues that you were unwilling to address financially. Please feel free to contact me for the discounted pricing on your existing plumbing leaks to be repaired.
