They were prompt to let us know if they had to change the appointment and came the next day and did the work cleaned up the yard..

Roof Solutions came out the same day I called. After the job was completed the roofer did a walk through with me and went over the finished repairs. They were ready to do the work three days after I called. That was a quick response.

Miller Stergo gave the estimate, he pointed out other problems other than the roof leak, exposed flashing, nail pops etc. My roof is 8 years old and I didn't expect to see the problem's he pointed out. A few days later the roofer (Mike) came out and did a fantastic job. He spent over 5 hours working on the roof. I am a retired maintenance supervisor and I recommend Roof Solutions I give them 5.0 stars.

A roof leak going into my ceiling, This was during Christmas time and everything where no one was really going to come out any time soon. Miller called me back very quickly and responded to my residence the same day. He gave me a quote and I agreed the work would commence the next week. Miller was kind enough to send a technician to crawl in my attic with buckets to catch the leak from doing more damage to my ceiling The technician went up on my roof to put a tarp. This service I will remember. The same technician came out the next week and completed the job in one day. So far no more leaks and pray that is remains that way. It may have been costly but who else would have come on the same day of the call and do all that? (During Christmas time) He did what he said he was going to do and there were no issues or the double speak or the oh by the way or we found more problems etc. These days you really are not going to get someone like Miller and his associates. I am just praying there are not more leaks. Thank you.

Roof Solutions was the best roofer I have ever used. We been in our house for almost 50 years and had 2 roof installed in that time. They were the best. I would recommend them with a 5 plus rating. They check out the repairs, sent me pictures of the progress. They replaced plywood and cleaned gutters and fixed vents and facia. All of this was a very reasonable price, less than we expected we would have to pay. Thank you for helping!

Miller was extremely responsive and customer focused. Mike arrived on time, educated me on what he was going to do and got the roof repaired quickly and competently. His site clean up was the best Iâ ve experienced. This team delivered on their commitment.
