Had an initial quote however there was more issues with my roof. Miller worked with me in the additional pricing. Overall very satisfied.

Miller and his crew were very professional. They were honest and did additional work on my roof at no extra cost. He showed up on time and was great to work with from start to finish. The owner of the company was very professional. He came out when he said he would give me an estimate. The project was started on the agreed-upon date and completed in a timely manner. The work site was cleaned up upon completion- even down to the hose nozzle being put back where it belonged and the hose is rolled up. Very impressed with that attention to detail. Then the next day when I was able to walk around and look at the roof (could not do it when the roofer was here as I had to get my elderly mother to a medical appointment) I discovered that the three satellite dish mounts had not been removed and those areas **repaired** as agreed upon. I informed the company via email and promptly received a response that someone would be out this week to remedy the situation. Today, the same guy who did the original work came by to correct the three issues. Unfortunately, there was not the level of professionalism I expected. Not once did he speak to me and he spent a great deal of time on the cell phone while he was working. This would not be so bad except for his volume and the language used. At one point he said (to a guy friend I imagine)- **no, just us, no b*****s there**. Another call appeared to be with a girl as he was yelling and arguing with her- something about his truck and he had cleared it out before he went inside. He then yelled at her and hung up (I gather). Keep in mind I heard all of this while he was working on the roof or by his truck. My neighbor was also mowing her yard so for me to hear this indicates he was speaking loudly. This is not acceptable behavior- especially in a neighborhood with young children- nor is it indicative of a professional company. This behavior combined with the incompleted initial work makes it hard for me to rate this company any higher. I know when I have my roof replaced I will search out other companies looking for the professionalism I pay for.
