Based on Home Advisor ratings, we called O.C. Bohemia to fix a sudden unexpected problem that portions of our drip zone were not working. They were quick to respond. The owner, Roman, showed up the next morning and rapidly diagnosed the problem. In replanting some roses, the gardening crew had accidentally cut the main line for the zone. A sloppy patch allowed dirt to enter the system and foul many of the small drip lines and heads. Since the remedy would take significant time, we rescheduled the work to a later date. In the meantime, my wife raised the issue of inadequate coverage with the two zones in our upper garden. Roman was able to quickly determine that the problem was due to poorly configured heads, and he offered to fix it then and there. While I had originally intended to focus only on the immediate drip zone problem, we decided that this would provide a good test of Roman's capabilities. Indeed it did: watching him work (rapidly reconfiguring head placement and upgrading where necessary) it was readily apparent that he knows his craft. Within an hour or so, we once again had complete coverage to all plants in those zones. We therefore decided to hire him to recalibrate and retune our entire system. Incremental spot fixes over the years had led to an uncoordinated sprinkler system with inadequate coverage. After Roman worked his magic, we once again have a fully functioning system that will be much easier to maintain going forward. Object lesson: if you want something done right, either learn to do it yourself or hire a professional. O.C. Bohemia are sprinkler repair professionals.

Roman was very efficient. He explained things to me. My old sprinkler system needed parts no longer available so he put new parts, updating my system. His wife assisted him and was very nice to talk to. I had no idea I would be spending so much money to get my system working properly again. I didn't get a second estimate, so can't say whether his price was high or not. I am satisfied with what I have now.
