He did keep his appointment which is unusual these days.

Doesn't speak clear English, so the job quote was actually hundreds of dollars more than I expected. Five days after the work was completed, I'm still waiting for a detailed invoice.

I made an appointment for an evaluation. Roman arrived as promised. He evaluated the work and made arrangements to complete the repair the next day. He showed up, worked on the sprinkler as promised on the day that was agreed upon. He followed up and told me to call if there was a problem in the future. I would like to amend my initial review. I had to leave town to resolve a business matter immediately after the repair. I thought things were OK but I was wrong. I have had to replace several sprinkler heads since this repair was completed by Roman. One of the heads was one that showed up on the landscaper's print which showed location of sprinklers and their projected coverage. Roman never found the sprinkler. I found it and replaced it. The system was not programmed properly. He did offer to replace my controller box but I don't think that needed to be replaced but rather it needed to be programmed correctly. Another sprinkler head was capped off I guess, without my approval. I am in the midst of looking for another competent contractor to get this resolved. I paid approximately $500.00 and this turned out to be unsatisfactory. I won't use this contractor ever again. He was prompt. However, I was overcharged significantly for the quantity and quality of the work that was performed, in my opinion. I should not have to hire a contractor and then make additional repairs.

The call back and estimate were prompt. The work to add to my existing irrigation system was scheduled within one week. The communication was great. Roman understood just what I needed to have done. I even turned on the system the next day during the rain just to see one more time how well it worked. It was a professional, excellent experience.

We needed to have our sprinkler system repaired and activated for spring. We just moved into this house and did not know if the sprinkler system even worked. Roman called me immediately and came over the next day to start work. He quickly assessed the status of the system, replaced the control panel, identified underground leaks & fixed them, and located & replaced several sprinkler heads. He had the system operational in a couple of days. We were very pleased with his work and the cost was very reasonable for all of the work he accomplished. We offers a variety of handyman services and we will definitely consider him for future projects.

We needed to have our sprinkler system activated for the season. Wow, this guy was top notch. He came over the very next day, was able to tell us things about our sprinkler system that we did not even know and we asked him if he would continue to service when we need weatherization. He said he will put us in his computer and contact us when it is time to winterize.
