We had just moved into a house that had a very unruly backyard that had not had attention for quite some time. Doug set up my service, was very professional and came in well below other estimates. Juan and his crew were able to come out even sooner than anticipated and, before I knew it, my wild yard was totally tamed! They removed all of the trimmings and even cleaned up those pesky little Oleander flowers that had settled everywhere-- in the crevices of the landscape rocks and on the astroturf--soooo messy and unsightly! Many thanks to all of the guys who got my yard pool party ready!!

Doug and Juan showed up when they were supposed to and performed the job quickly and professionally. They not only cleaned up the cuttings in my yard but also in my two neighbors' yards. I would recommend them to anyone.

I tried calling several other landscaping businesses, but was met with unprofessional and even rude customer service and distant or cancelled appointments. Thompson Landscape came out next day and set a price and schedule, and four days later, they arrived and did a quick, clean and efficient job cleaning up my front and backyard. They communicated clearly and professionally, they were courteous and timely, and it was a very professional and satisfying experience. Thank you Thompson Landscape!

Our former landscaper quit and left us in the lurch. Doug Thompson and his crew stepped in and they have been first rate so far. Juan Natividad in the field has been wonderful. Professional, responsive, and reliable. We are looking forward to a long term relationship.

Horrible service and performance. Once the owner has your account, he loses interest and is never seen again. His staff is below mediocre and performs less than the minimum. The only time the owner shows an interest is when he is trying to drum up more work to do on your lawn. He wanted to put in unnecessary winter grass every year at $600 and have me spend $3000 for a new irrigation system rather repair the old one. When I declined those requests, he realized he was unable to gouge me for more money so his team slacked off and killed my lawn. He then turned to his billing system and sent me multiple invoices after payments were already made. Please do not use his service and recommend to others that they not use him also.

As a service professional it is our job to recommend improvements or point out existing issues. When originally taking on the maintenance of this property in September 2018 I discussed doing over seeding and the obvious sprinkler system repairs or replacement to which she declined both options. During the entire time we provided regular maintenance on her property the lawn was in poor condition and never over seeded by homeowner choice. The client contacted the office in the end of March and said she would be cancelling service after two more visits and voluntarily sent payment prior to the service being done in March and last service in April. I never heard from the client again until May 1 at which time she declared the services were never performed and wanted her money refunded. Asking why no contact immediately when you were unhappy with service or claim not performed and client was unresponsive to questions and kept stating I want my money and would never discuss the situation. She then threatened if she didn't have full refund by Tuesday she would then go on a social media campaign to destroy my business but refused any practical discussion or resolution.
