We hired Thompson to install sod in our yard. Over 4 thousand dollar investment. The lawn did not thrive and neither Thompson or I were happy with the results. Thompson did not warranty his work and we were left holding the bag.

At Thompson Landscape, we always stand behind our work. We performed several services at the home, including tree trimming, and a property cleanup, all of which were done to the homeowner satisfaction. The Bermuda grass did not fill in well around the edges of the lawn where trees and shrubs heavily shade the property, as we discussed with the homeowner. However, we made numerous attempts to resolve the issue that was declined, including an offer to refund the grass installation portion of the job. In the end, the homeowner stated that they now plan to install artificial turf in the area as opposed to attempting to grow grass. Customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we have tried to resolve any problems the customer had.
