Write a ReviewStarted off great. Was there same day and started the following. When i went to see what was done they didnt do everything they were supposed to. I tried to call sales rep jeff who was quick to answer when he was selling me to discuss exactly what should have been done ill i gotbwas a text to call the office, poor service on his part. Dispatch was on top of their game keeping me informed who was coming out. Copper joints were a little sloppy with soldier drips. Left some old pipes hanging. Then when they came back to fix issues they were telling this and that cant be done, well then dont sell me on it if so. Said they cant refund that part but can apply a small credit to future repair. BS. Spent 8000 doing water n gas pipes plus water heater. Just expected better for the money
They totally destroyed my backyard. They dug for my sewer line during a torrential rain and got the backhoe stuck. The had to get another backhoe to get the first one out and it almost got stuck. They tore out a beautiful hydranga bush and tore out a tree and heavily damaged two other trees. Took out half my patio a side walk and 3 flower beds. They ran over and buried 3 lengths of hoses, ran over and broke the handles of my wheel barrel. In mid april they said they would send someone over and fix the yard they completely tore up in 5 weeks. 3 months later my yard is still tore up. Inside the house they replace a toilet. A very bad job, tile tore up around toilet. Very embarrasing. They completely took out the bathroom closet with a vent pipe. After they covered the ditch in my back yard. a heavy rain created a sink hole against the house and muddy water flooded in my basement. I called them over, they said they couldn't do anything about it because it was too muddy. I told them to bring a truck load of dirt to my driveway and wheelbarrel it through my breezeway to the back door where the sink hole was. They wouldn't do it, instead they covered the hole with a plastic sheet and plywood. That made the problem worse and my basement flooded again. I called them again and told them again how to fix it. A guy came over and put a bag of dirt in the hole and covered it with plastic and plywood again and again my basement flooded. I got out there with a shovel and fixed it myself and it hasn't flooded since. Now why is my tore up yard not being fixed??? They tore it up in March it's now the end of June and the yard is still tore up. I guess I'm going to have to get a lawyer involved. They lied to me about sending someone over to fix their screw up. I would never ever recommend these people. If this isn't resolved this week they'll be hearing from my lawyer!
Way too expensive for the work that was done.
The person that diagnosed the sewer backup in the basement was a little off when he marked the spot for the repair crew. They had to dig about another two feet to find the break in the sewer pipe. I know it may be a little difficult to find the exact spot with the camera. The repair crew was very professional and did a great job. They poured cement after they replaced the pipe and did a great finishing job. We were very happy with their service.
John & Tom were professional and knowledgeable. Tom came first and diagnosed the problem and made an estimate of the cost to repair. We did not get a copy of the estimate. John came a few days later to do the repair. He replaced an outlet and said that to really fix the problem we would have to run another circuit at an additional cost of $1000. Replacing the faulty GFCI outlet was over $600 for less than 1 hour of work. If money is no object, hire Tiger.
They were professional, respectful, great crew to have in my home. I really appreciate how fast my problem was diagnosed and replaced and repaired. I am pleased. Thank you to Vinh, Joe, Kyle, Brad, Antonio, Derrick
Vinh came out and diagnosed the problem. He was unable to fix it because it was a roofing rather than a plumbing problem. He took pics after climbing up into the attic. To tell you the truth, he knew more about the situation than the roofers who came out a couple of days later. Vinh is an A+ technican. Tiger is very fortunate to have a person with such a high work ethic as an employee.
