The technicians that start the job need to finish the job. We had different technicians sent almost daily causing a lot of confusion for the tiger employees and a lot of frustration for me. Over all the quality of the work was great, once it got completed correctly. I would recommend that they look at their electricians, they are way over priced and did not install the correct outlet. That is a big problem to me.

Response from Company:

Deborah, thanks for your feedback. A Customer Care Specialist will be reaching out to you to discuss your concerns.

I thought this company was great and I am also using them for the drywall repair that I needed in my basement so they are still being hired by me as we speak. I will definitely use them in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Response from Company:

Christine, I appreciate the feedback. I'll be sure to recognize the team during our morning meeting. Thank you for choosing and referring Tiger!

I would give 0 Stars if that was available. They are in the business to scam customers. That is very clear. They came out to fix my non-working HVAC. Spent 10 minutes looking at the unit, came down and gave me the options. First option was to replace the whole system which is only 15 years old for $15,000 and that would not include knocking a hole in the ceiling and patching the hole to get the new unit in and the old one out. Another option is $4,000 to replace four relays, a control board and two heating elements. I suspect that these parts might cost two to $300. He also offered to clean up the unit. clean up the fan blade and that was $5,500. I laughed at him and asked if this house looked like a $15,000 air conditioning system type house. I told him to get out of my house and leave. This " service" cost me $99. I went to Barrett HVAC in Alton who took a week to make my appointment and they told me yes, board was bad and only one of the four relays is bad. Element is fine and the return trip to install the parts will not cost another service call. Barrett has been doing my service for years and they will continue to do my HVAC service in future. I have determined that Tiger is nothing but a selling scam operation. I'm sure their service people make all kinds of cushy commissions off of what they sell. I'm sure getting a naive housewife to spend five to $15,000 is a really good gig for Tiger but they won't get my business and if you're smart they won't get yours.

Response from Company:

Thank you for your feedback Mr. [consumer name withheld at their request], and for speaking with our Customer Care Specialist. I was happy to hear that we could get to assist you with the replacement options you requested the same day that you called, when it was 90 degrees, while your regular company could not for a week. I apologize that our repair options did not meet your expectations. Again, thank you for your time.
