The drain was cleared to satisfaction, but they priced additional services at an excessively high price, $4,000 to remove and replace cast iron pipes with PVC pipes, $700 to $600 to replace one toilet. My wife and I replaced 2 for less than $3 by ourselves. We are 68 and 57. All the staff were polite and friendly.

This company charges ridiculous prices for the service they provide. They were going to charge me over $6800 to replace an electric furnace. They charge me $329 to change one breaker in the electric panel and wanted to charge me $125 to change 1 GFCI plug. I called Archway Heating and Cooling they charged less than half that. I will never use this company again. I am a union carpenter.

What I like about Tiger Plumbing is that before they come out they send you and text message with the picture of the tech with a profile and I that is very good. You can also track them while they are on their way. They were very personable.

Their office was in constant contact with me to assure I was happy. Workers would call or text when on their way. They explained all that was going to be done and an estimated price. There are a couple of items left that we must wait for a wall to be built and they will come back and finish it. RECOMMEND

The company is outstanding from the person who answer the phone to the people doing the project. They way they handle the experience is top notch. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. I was informed of who would be coming and when they would be here. Which was very nice. They were a bit pricey but the fact of feeling so comfortable was a definite plus

they did a good job but didn't clean up the basement area I had to replace & left wires & cable hanging
