The job was scheduled quick at a great price, and they cleaned up very well. They were also quick to fix a couple of minor problems that developed after the big hurricane hit. They had given address of homes with the shingle colors we were contemplating and that made all the difference. The roof goes very well with our newly painted house.

I got five quotes for my roof replacement. The quote from this company was upper-middle but covered every thing that is needed to meet the current Florida windstorm mitigation requirements for central Florida. Some of the others did not. The crew was the hardest working group I have ever seen. The job is great and looks terrific. They covered my shrubs with a blue tarp which for me did not result in any problem. It was sunny and in the low 90s during the work. I read all the HomeAdvisor reviews before making my choice. BTW, I noted that one reviewer stated that the crew does not speak English. True, but the company assigns a coordinator that is available immediately by phone if any problems arise (none did for me). Also included is a Wind Mitigation Inspection by a third party, which is a real plus. They also offered financing (through a bank) and accepted credit cards without additional fees (some did not accept credit cards and the others that did charged a fee). And no up-front payment was required. Just icing on the cake. Cleanup after the job left my yard spotless.

Not one penny was required until the job was completed. Well informed every step of the way. Ed has a super personality and is genuine.

Roof install was fine; quality seems to be what we ordered. Workmen were careless about the way they treated shrubs and plantings in yard. They covered them with heavy blue tarps but in the Florida heat all day it just baked the plants rather than protecting from shingles, waste, etc. dropping from roof. One flower bed destroyed when they unloaded their tools and air compressor directly on top of some plantings.

Very Pro and there Men are very Hard workers.Having to carry Tiles up a Latter having to wait about 3 hours for ABC to deliver. And then ABC sends the Wrong truck...

Total homes roofing(THR) was a total disaster using only foreigners that can not speak English (I was told they do not hirer American workers because American workers are all on drugs), so if you have a problem, like I did,the roof leaking after the work is done communication is very difficult , for a month I had a hole in my kitchen and rain water coming in, I had to call in homeowners insurance for help. At one point THR tilling me that the leak was an electrical box on the wall and not their problem,a lie. it took them more then three months and about 10 attempts to complete the job. I have picture of everything, all in all it was just sloppy work by untrained workers and even now after paying them I am unsure that the work was done correctly. They couldn't mount the air-conditioner properly, the city inspector had to come out 3 or 4 times. the A/C guys told me they did a piss poor job. this is a true statement like I said I have picture.
