Less than a year later we have the same problem. Originally we gave 5 stars but now I'm changing it to 1 star. David is no longer with the company. Very disappointed it cost a lot of money. Now we are back to ground zero. We shall see what the final result shall be.

We are well pleased with Total Home Contracror and their sub-contractor! The sub-contractor crew was extremely competent and hard working. In fact, another roofing contractor, etc. was doing some work next door on the pool enclosure and he told me that he had been watching the workers over the past two days and he was extremely impressed! He said that from what he observed, he would recommend them to anyone anytime. Think that says it all.

Work to start on 6/25. Decided to go with a metal roof instead of shingle.Total Home Construction showed tons of professionalism and pride in their work. That really impressed us and went with them without taking any other bids. I feel very comfortable doing business with them and know the work will be done right. Thank you for their referral.

Jeff's professionalism and presentation is outstanding. He provided an provided us allot of good options to choose from and helped make a well informed decision. In the end we went with Stormwatch Hurricane Screens because their Miami Dade Certified design is much easier to install and store than traditional designs.

I chose them to fix a leak in my roof over my existing front porch. A tab on a roof shingle had been torn off, so he replaced the whole shingle, as well as checking the rest of my roof for problems. It leaked at first, but was fixed so now it is fine, after the water test. The roofer was very nice and explained everything very well.
