Very good communications from project inception to completion. I was always informed of what was going to happen and when. The evaluation of the cause of the problem and the proposed problem cure was explained to me and all my questions were answered to my satisfaction. The repair work started right on time by work crews that were obviously pro's in their trades. That includes a clean-up of the work site after the project was done. I am completely satisfied with the final results of this project, and that is why it gets my 5 star rating.

Owner was very open about what they would be doing and that it would be completed in 2 days. They completed it in 20 hours work time and had it very clean befor e they left at 5:30 on day 2. The crew of 5 worked well together and were very professional. I would be pleased to have them work on any ones roof.
