I bought an A/C from USA Home Improvement in 2019, and the darn thing broke in the middle of the summer 2020. What a disaster. I was under warranty, but they still charged me hundreds of dollars in all sorts of other fees and costs to do the repair to their faulty install. I also signed up for a service contract when I bought the new unit, and they refuse to show up for my free maintenance. They have rescheduled me 5 times now for my maintenance, and every time they have a dumb excuse about why they could not show up - literally one time the tech said *oh, I found a dog*. Seriously. These people are not professionals, they do not care about customer service, and they do not deserve your money.

USAHI It did not meet the promised times, I hired in January 2021 and they have not yet finished the installation nor do they give me an answer if the city approved the installation. We are very unhappy with that company.

Start to finish, from Consultation to installation, we have been kept in the loop, and they exceeded expectations for us. Permit obtained, Job completed several weeks before we even anticipated. Steve, Avner and the whole crew were professional and a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Beyond satisfied with the work done by Home USA improvement, especially with Gio Baruch, who was my person from the beginning. Yohai Gio Baruch, is a kind hearted human who takes his job seriously and will explain every bit of detail that you need, in order to feel taken care of, from the first visit to the end of installation and beyond. Gio got me an amazing deal for our impact windows, sent me an amazing team of installers and was always a phone call away for any concerns or doubts. I can recommend him with my eyes closed, knowing he will always do his maximum and beat effort to take care of his clients; by the end of the job, he is a family friend!
