He returned my call the hour after I posted it (on a Sat., no less!), Called when stuck in traffic, but was really only a few minutes late. He was professional and efficient in taking care of my problem. He will be my plumber from now on.

The plumber was to dureing the time I was having a problem with my computer and telephone, they off line and I could receive any calls . They knew I was handicapped, so When they could not reach me Leew made a special visitr to my tro see if I was alright. Who wouldn't [besides doing great work] keep this compzny around!

The contractor was available at a time that was convenient to us. He was courteous, on-time for the appointment and complete the job in a timely manner per his original estimate. One hiccup: I would like to have been given the opportunity to select the style of parts installed. This will make it easier to choose fixtures when we have the additional work done in that area.

Lee was extremely honest with diagnosis and advice for a simple plumbing leak that I could repair myself. There was no charge for his expertise and I appreciated his courtesy and professional nature. Finally I've found a fair and reliable plumbing service. USA Plumbing & Heating is a keeper.
