Filled in the form on Service Magic and Lee from USA Plumbing made a call to me within 15 minutes. He set up a time that was convenient for me and arrived at that time. Lee and his partner came in diagnosed the problem, let me know my options and went to work. Very personable and friendly!!! He actually took the trash he made with him when he left. He is now my plumber of choice, period!!!

My husband and I needed a new boiler. Lee from USA plumbing was quick to respond to our initial call and within 24 hours came out for an estimate and within 48 hours we have heat again. His work was professional, neat and his crew took everything away with them leaving my home clean when they left.

USA Plumbing Lee and Tom where great. I appreciate them being on time and it only took them 1 hour to put in two toilets in my home. They worked cleanly and quickly. Lee was responsive, returned calls immediately. He explained our boiler choices carefully, and we selected a Crown Bali boiler system. It was installed in 1 day, and when we discovered a problem with the thermostat wiring, Lee returned the next day and fixed it immediately. We have already hired USA Plumbing again to install a new air-assisted toilet, and that job was done quickly, and we're very happy. We highly recommend Lee and USA Plumbing, and we will be using Lee whenever we can!

Lee was there that day and did not charge a service fee. It turned out be a very simple fix. He told me the problem and then I fixed it myself. I will call on him for all my future plumbing needs.
