This company took me to the cleaners. Charged $2,000 for a whole house clean out and left the bugs behind. They told me I had bed bugs and clover mites as well as carpet beetles. I did have carpet beetles in my couch.. After the treatment I had to get rid of my couch. I used Ortho home Defense to get rid of some of the remaining bugs. there were no bed bugs or mites to be found in my bed. They had me sleeping on the couch (not the one with the carpet beetles) to keep from spreading bed bugs around. I called another exterminator and found no bugs in my bed. Supreme came back and admitted no bed bugs or mites. Rich then wanted to sell me a bed bug prevention treatment for another $1400. I am a senior citizen and know nothing about bugs. This company fleeced me. They ran my credit card for the full cost instead of the 10% agreed amount before the job was even started . Bank stopped payment on the transaction. So buyer be aware.

Rich arrived exactly when he said. Doesn’t try to sell quarterly visits. Very honest, friendly, hardworking. Spent his time making sure everything was sprayed. I’d recommend him!

Very friendly. I was given a quote, and they started treatment 2 days later to give me time to get ready. Everything was explained to me in detail, and they even called the next day to check on progress. The first place I contacted 1st response pest control showed up, did not give me a quote, or even called me back, so do not use them. I highly recommend supreme termite control they went the extra mile to help me with my problem. Thank you to Brian and his crew for helping me and keeping me informed every step of the way.
