I had been waiting for another contractor that ended up being a no call-no show when Larry called in response to an Angis list request. I called Larry back, and he said he had a team in the area. Robert and Tom showed up in a timely manner. Robert looked at the roof and quoted the job, and I hired them on the spot. They were nothing short of professional, they explained the work in detail, and they cleaned up after the job was complete. They were polite, and Larry communicated well throughout the process. When they left, they thanked me for the work! I'm grateful to the contractor that didn't show, as I wouldn't have had the pleasure of working with Community Home Services. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

Larry and his crew did an excellent job on my house. They were professional and personable during all phases of the install. When removing the old siding, the sheathing was found to be totally dry-rotted out, right to the framing. Larry and his crew removed all the dry rotted sheathing and replaced it, and pretty well re-framed the entire house, as well as replacing sill sections that were dry rotted. Larry was patient as I dealt with the insurance company and my bank, and held up the job until the financing was in place. Not many siding contractors could have taken on such a large, complicated project. Community Home Services can do it all, and I highly recommend them.

I hired them for roof snow removal. The snow was very deep and needed to be removed. The crew arrived early in the AM, went right to work, did a great job, very friendly and I was very happy with their work. After clearing the roof they cleared/cleaned up the areas on the walkways and anywhere else snow from the roof had accumulated while removing it off the roof. Happy Customer...

Excellent company. All the work was high quality and done by a very knowledgeable crew of hard working professionals. Their suggestions throughout the project made all the difference when it came to the finished product. They are efficient, clean, and show up when they say they will. I needed a lot of work done (New windows installed, roof modification, new vinyl siding, new deck, and masonry chimney repair) and they took care of it all in a very short amount of time. I could not be happier and hope to hire them again in the future.

Larry and the crew did a great job. I had them install a new roof before the siding and both jobs came out great. The house was small and the crew needed to be creative with some of the trim work. They took the time to make sure everything came out great. Great job, great crew, and a great price.

They did not return to finish the final details. Very annoying.

Had rot and termite damage along sill on top of foundation and several floor joists. They cut a portion of concrete steps for access, removed siding, constructed a support wall and replaced the sill plates, sistered joists, replaced front door assembly, installed tile in door entry, poured concrete step. Work was completed in about five days with two men. Very experienced. Fast response. Quick, clean, attention to detail. Nice job done. I would hire again.
