Reviews
Write a ReviewThey were prompt, courteous, and professional. A very reasonable service charge. Did not have a leak so no work provided. Overall very pleased and happy.
They were on time but most of all they were honest. They didnt try to sell me things i didnt need or say things needed to be fixed that were just fine.
When I scheduled the appointment for my outlets I knew it was the the gfic or whatever that had been tripped. However do not have an outlet to reset it in my house. So I called the pro. The ladies who got my tech scheduled were amazing. She told me the fee to come out like 50 bucks. Then if he couldnÂ’t find the problem at the surface it would be 199 to diagnose the whole house. Ok cool. But when the tech come he calls and says heÂ’s here and wanted the 249 right then. I said no sir you need to see if you can identify the problem. He says well we donÂ’t work for free. I never in a million years expected the work to be cheap or free but at least try. So he confirmed my suspicion it was just the gfic has been tripped. So he literally pressed two things and bam worked. I said now you see that wasnÂ’t worth the whole 249 he says oh it will only be 50! I was. So mad. But again the office staff is going above and beyond to help get me some answers why that happened too.
Sonny was very knowledgable and showed me everything he was talking about.
Very expensive
Not resolved. A pipe seems to be leaking in the wall (paint bubbling). Two techs came out and both suggested that problem stems from water escaping upstairs shower stall. Have waited to see if it cleared up after having teenagers be more careful but problem still persists. Owner VERY accommodating (sent a second tech out when I reported problem still occurring).

he put a camera so we can see
Andres the tech was very knowledgeable and professional. He flushed my hot water heater, repaired low hot water pressure in mater tub and replaced the tub faucet. He did a wonderful job however I feel the work was overpriced. The original estimate was $1600 however with the coupon and membership the final cost was $1450.
