Great experience! The office personnel were very prompt in setting up the appointment, ensuring the scheduled arrival of the technicians, and following-up on customer satisfaction at the conclusion of the service. The technicians were excellent -- very professional and skilled. I really appreciate the respect shown for my home in their care to prevent tracking dirt into our space, as well as the courteous manner in which they communicated the plumbing problem and solution. The cost was not inexpensive, but it was quite reasonable. In terms of timeliness, professionalism, customer-technician interaction, and quality of work, this was the best service I've experienced in a long time. I will recommend Abacus to others, and I will call on them again.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience with Abacus. I had a leak in the shower in my master bathroom and needed to have it repaired quickly. The office staff was very friendly and worked to find me the earliest appointment possible. When Andres arrived, he was very courteous and professional and took the time to explain what it was he was going to do. We discovered that I needed a part that was difficult to locate, but the parts department was able to track it down and order it. When the part came in, Andres notified me and arranged to come in first thing the next morning to install it. The pricing was very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I do have plans to use their electrical services to install a new fixture in the house soon.

Well I don't think they have "Set Amounts" for repairing things. I asked for a quote on the toilet repair and then for the bath tub repair. His original quote was way too high - so I said no - then he came down on the toilet repair so I said yes to that but not the bathtub repair he didn't come down. Very high cost repair for a simple job.
