This was an overall plumbing inspection of the home at low price which turned up a few minor things that needed fixing. Also drained the water heater. Very professional and no hard sell. I would recommend Abacus anytime.

Issue was bath faucet diverter fell out. Tech (Herbie) arrived after time promised. Used epoxy on existing parts and said wait 3 hours to set. Waited 10 hours. Fist time trying, parts immediately fell out. Ordered new diverter faucet from Amazon. Looked at it to see how diverter slide fit. Went to existing faucet and in 10 second replaced parts that fallen out. Did not need new faucet. Called Abacus yesterday 26 hours ago and made complaint. Was told I would get a response in 24 hours No response. Simply, plumber was not qualified for this simple task. Updated - Monday - received phone call from Manager. Apologized and said they would refund 100% of $88.00 paid. Not yet received.
