Abacus Plumbing, Air Conditioning and Electrical

Oh my goodness, my experience with Abacus from start to the end of job was above my expectations. Your office was A+ rated from getting my appointment scheduled to the follow-up and informing me of when to expect the technician. The technician, Lindell, was very kind, polite, informative, patient, clean and thorough with explaining the work needing to be done. He was very good at getting the work done and completed. Lindell was above A+ in the ratings. Thank you Abacus for such a great experience with you. I will be a returning customer for sure.

Our service representative, Steve, was such a gentleman! Steve was very respectful, wishing to explain what he was doing and explaining the need for the work we agreed to have done. We appreciated his great attitude! Even though we needed to have work done. You will always be well represented by workmen if Steve's caliber. 

Gregg made this job a success. There were a lot of problems to resolve, obstacles to overcome, and he pulled it off while having to deal with the expectations of an engineer for a client. He was not alone.  A primo master locator, two top notch apprentices, plus a dig and clean up crew that I am sure turned heads with the neighbors on the professional job. I was present virtually every minute of the job and was more than an observer. Gregg allowed me to be involved on the thought processes but in the end he took full responsibility for the project, managed it, and then topped it off as the master plumber. He had the full respect of everyone involved including myself. I told Gregg at one time late in the project that he certainly entertained this old engineer and made an exciting week for me. The only thing that might have made it even more fun would have been to have the project done for free. Just dreaming. But having the BAM discount did take the sting out of the cost. I have used Abacus for my annual inspections in the past and will continue in the years to come. I certainly hope that, if Gregg is not the one who comes to my home, he will be involved in training those who will performing those inspections.

John is AMAZING. He is very friendly with an AWESOME personality, professional, a great listener and possesses a very high skill level. John checked out the 2 air conditioners by cleaning each plus I have rats and mice going in the attic/house walls through the air conditioning hole into the house so John sprayed with silicone. Hopefully, that will do the trick. Your company installed the (American Standard) air conditioners in May 2012 so I want them to last a long time and John is assisting me by doing a thorough job of checking everything. Also, John installed 2 new air conditioning filters.

Andrew arrived as scheduled and immediately proceeded to survey the job and gave us an estimate.  He knew exactly what to do and went about his work in a professional  manner.  We are very pleased with the completed job and would highly recommend your company to anyone.
