I had them out to clean and inspect my chimney, they were in my house no more than 3 minutes when they started trying to up sell me. They sent maybe 10 minutes on the chimney cleaning before telling me it needed a chemical cleaning as well resealing the bricks. It went from 150.0 up to $1400.00 in a blink of an eye. They spent more time trying to get me to pay for more work to be done then doing the cleaning in the first place. They should a picture that might have been my chimney to show what they had done and the problem that needed to be addressed but after they left I looked up from the fire place and saw nothing by soot as far up as I could see. They called back and tried to press me to get the work done right away. After researching a little seems the service they tried to press me into getting should only be done when the temperature is above 50 so it would not even be advisable to do it now. Lots of press no results I am having someone else look at my chimney now, it was not a total waste of a 150 dollars I learned a lesson about home advisor and the vendors they recommend. Wish I could have given less than half a star
