Cleaned the creosote out of my chimney for less than half the price quoted by another company. Reliable and responsive. Also spontaneously found the reason we were getting water damage on an inside wall and patched the leakage.

Very good customer service. They called when they said they were going to call. They showed up when they said they were going to show up. Kris was extremely informative friendly and courteous. It was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a contractor. Would definitely call again but from the quality of work Kris did will probably never have to.

The process started with Danielle and it was a pleasure working with her to schedule the initial estimate. She also followed up during the process to notify me when the service was going to be provided. I met with Kris for the initial estimate and he suggested ways that my chimney repair could be completed to save me money. The scheduled the repairs promptly and showed up when they said they would. Kris did the actual repair and did an outstanding job. He then followed up after the first rain event to make sure everything was satisfactory. I would definitely use First State again, and I highly recommend them for chimney repair projects.

They came on schedule and fixed a difficult proboem with my damper very quickly. Were here an hour and the charge was $500. But was very pleased with the results and the gentleman was very nice and helpful.
