We had a great experience with this company. We called them out to repair a leak that we were having for years. No other chimney company was able to pin point this leak and take care of it. This company solved the problem on the first visit. After several heavy rain storms and melting snow we have not had anymore water leaking in. So happy to finally have this resolved. I would highly recommend this company for professionalism and quality. Thank you Chris and team

Available to do work right away, workmanship looks solid. Was upsold on getting the chimney sealed after the repair was done, highly recommended to prevent future issues. I?d think this should've been included or offered from the beginning so I?d known total cost to do properly get the repair done.

As far as the up sale goes, after working hands-on with the chimney and removing the decayed cement we thought the chimney would benefit from being waterproofed (sealed). Sometimes you do not know these things until you dig in and physically do the work. This additional work was purely recommended in good faith. Thanks again

I have been waiting since June 22, 2021, for Chris to come back to my home to repair a part. He initially came on May 11, 2021, to assess the problem with the wire that opens and shuts the flue. A part broke off. He said 2 weeks to get the part. He was a No call No show. When I called the office, Danielle apologized that Chris never scheduled. She scheduled me for June 22. Another No call No show. I have called to no avail (6/23, 6/24, 6/28, 7/7, 7/9, 7/14). This is totally unacceptable, inexcusable, unprofessional. ****7/21/21 *** *Chris contacted me to apologize for his office personnel not getting back to me. He informed me that he was temporarily out of work and on a leave. He is the only technician at this time. He was back at my home this week as promised, to complete the job. Again, he apologized for this happening and said, he does not do business like this and wants to make sure all of his customers are satisfied.

Chris found a problem we didn’t know we had. Was able to come back quickly to fixed it. He did a great job cleaning our chimney and reconfirmed the fireplace was safe for future use.
