I don't know if this a good company and if they do good work or not. The technician diagnosed the problem in 30 seconds without getting on a ladder. Maybe it was obvious, I don't know. When asked, he wasn't real forthcoming about how this happened, just said it was old. Again, maybe that is all there was. While lubricating the door, has sprayed grease everywhere!

I came home from work and as I closed the garage door the spring broke. It was freezing rain-ing with sub-zero temps and the garage door had to break on this horrible weather day. The workman came within an hour of my contacting Homeadvisor on a wintry night in freezing rain - way beyond the 9 to 5 work hour. He did the job right - pricing was market rate - and got the job done right away.
