Tech called to reschedule because a job on the appointment day had taken longer than expected. This happens. No problem. He showed up the next day on time as promised, did the rebuild in about half an hour, demonstrated how it now worked, explained some things worth knowing, was friendly, cheerful and again very good at what he did. Cost was a little higher then expected, but not that much. Altogether a very good experience.

I was very satisfied with the way Francis did his work. Very professional. He knows his work with expert preciseness. He cleaned up after his job was finished and was very courteous.

Fixed both my doors no problems. They were able to arrive next day. Not completely convinced I needed to replace one motor but did anyhow and it seemed overly expensive. They were very detailed in how I was charged for things. That being said I very much liked the technician and his willingness to keep me involved. Both my doors work great now.

They came sooner than expected, kept calling me informing me status and work to be done. They did the work quickly and with great quality. Left nice invoice explaining everything they had done. Highly recommend them.

Extremely prompt, knowledgeable and efficient. Responded to my request after hours on Friday and set up an appointment for Saturday afternoon to fix a problem garage door. Chris is very knowledgeable. Service charges are reasonable and parts on par with others.

I had a broken spring. The technician upgraded all my rollers and springs and greased all the moving parts. He also gave me some maintenance tips for the future. $405 for all parts and labor.
