Great service, no problems. Seemed pricey but on par with other estimates.

They did a neat install of a hot water heater at a rental property. The job looked professional and they seemed to use quality parts.

I called them and they were able to give me an appointment the very next morning. they came on time and the service was really good. The only thing I didn't like is the way the plumber explained things to me and tried to recommend unnecessary supplemental services/replacements. I have to emphasize that he was very nice and did a great job fixing my water heater. I was just disappointed in him recommending replacing my 4 year old water heater with a new one from them instead of replacing one part. I chose replacing the part. I understand it's business, but it's not the kind of business I prefer. I prefer someone who will fix simple problems with simple solutions(cheaper) and fix major problems with major solutions(more expensive). Instead of trying to scare me into making major unnecessary repairs

Other plumbers told us they couldn't fix our issue or didn't show up for appointments. Ben Franklin responded to an email question at night within an hour or two and called me as promised the next morning. They were willing to help me set up an appointment which worked with my schedule and fixed a problem others told us we needed a welder for (frozen main supply line into the house). They were upfront with pricing and the process and very professional and hard working. After 4 days in the middle of winter without water, they fixed our problem for what I consider a reasonable price. I would highly recommend them.

They did a great job. Came when promised, did an excellent job and clean up afterwards. Would highly recommend.

The price is per project, not per hour. I had a few items on my list I opted to delay due to this fact. But the work I had done was well worth the price and piece of mind of having the repair done a little more than 24 hours after I posted my request. This company also charges the same on weekends as weekdays.

I had an issue with roots causing poor drainage and back up when I ran water in my house. I called in the late afternoon and they sent a plumber out first thing next morning. The plumber arrived right on time and was very nice and personable. He started work immediately after giving me a quote. The work was completed quickly and cleanly. Overall I was very happy with my experience and would call them again if any other issues arise.
