They stated they unclogged the toilet, but when used first day(first few hours) it overflowed and flooded bathroom, heater ducks. My fiancé comes home for holiday and has to fix his mess and they charged me 616.00 to unclog a toilet that was never done. When my fiancé speaks with supervisor, he wants to send same guy out that did not do the job right the first two times. Stay away from this company!

Shane was here in time and did a quick fix. Prices were slightly more than expected but good job overall

I left a message last night and got a call this morning and someone was here in about an hour. He completed the job and I had hot water in no time! Yay! It was great!

The plumber they sent said that I didn't need my sewer cleaned, and that my problem was likely due to old, corroded pipes and debris build up. He suggested pouring degreaser down my drains instead.

They were only able to diagnosis and send us in a different direction but that wasn’t their fault. Very helpful

Two years ago, Ben Franklin Plumbing installed a Kohler faucet I purchased at Lowes. The faucet began leaking and the spout was frozen, so I had them return. For the $59 price of the home visit, the plumber took apart the faucet and ascertained that the leak and jamb were problems with the faucet itself and not subject to repair. He recommended I call Kohler and have them replace the unit. He also explained (when I asked) how I could replace it myself. Kohler is sending a replacement. This consultation was thorough, helpful, and inexpensive!
