Billy was on time, explained what was wrong and how he was going to fix it.

Came early and very professional workers.

First of all; "Billy", the owner, quoted an extraordinary reasonable cost; and explained exactly what would be done to repair my manually operated garage door; and make it operate at optimum efficiency for the long term. The two Technicians he dispatched, by far exceeded my expectation for courtesy and professionalism; explaining the exact cause of the damage; and made repairs at the price Billy had quoted, that stunned me. Because, whereby in the past; I had to use both hands and arm strength to open it; now it goes up easily when I use only two fingers. My future garage door problem's, if any; shall be handled by Britt's Inc.

Britt's was very prompt in getting back to me. In fact they called me before i was even done looking at vendors reviews on the app. They were able to see me within hours of calling, fixed the spring on my garage door, and even took the time to lubricate the rest of the door so it opens much more quieter. Excellent service at a reasonable price.

Billy showed up within hours of my request through home advisor. Did not charge a service fee and after a quick assessment of our garage, he fixed it at no charge. We will certainly call him again when his services are needed!
