Showed up on time, were very professional and explained exactly what they were going to do. Completed the job quickly and again went over the work completed and made sure to answer any questions I had, not rushing out even though they had 9 more jobs that day as I was the 1st. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend their work to others with no worries.

I am so happy with Britt's! Billy Hensley came to do an estimate within a few days. He was terrific - never tried to talk me into a new door, even though our door was original to the house (1994!). Went with a new, fully insulated door. The install was today and we just couldn't be happier. The install guys were terrific! Personable, professional and competent. Arrived on time, worked quickly, removed the crappy old door, installed the new one, and took everything away (even an old flagpole we'd removed!). The price was VERY competitive. I don't often gush over this stuff, but if you need service on an old door or a new one, you can trust Britt's.

We have an old spring style garage door system and one of the springs snapped. We knew we wanted to convert to a new, safer torsion style lift system as well as a new decorative garage door with an automatic opener. We reached out to 3 service providers, including Home Depot, and Britt's was not only the best service/professionalism but shockingly their price was great! They came the next day to install our safer torsion lift and back a week later like we discussed when the garage door came in from the factory. Could not be happier about everything we received from them, the complete package of the lift, door, & opener. Our door is nicely insulated as well as blocks outside noise and the garage door opener is the quietest I have ever heard. We will certainly use them again if ever needed & certainly strongly recommend them to those needing any of the similar services.
