Customer service was outstanding. Arrival was prompt and price for repair was best quote for what I requested. I felt confident in Britt's Inc. for their reliability, their integrity and knowledge. Not to mention a fair and honest price for the work they completed. I HIGHLY recommend Britt's for all your garage door needs. I wish there were more businesses that followed in their footsteps. Billy was fantastic to work with! He was reliable, communicative and the quality of work was phenomenal. He was extremely responsive to my requests, explained the entire process start to finish, coached me through what materials was absolutely needed versus what Lowes tried to "upsell as required" and even picked up the materials for me on installation day! Lowes gave me the wrong door handle set and Billy went back for me to temporarily fix the issue until the new handle set could be installed. He even came back two weeks after installation to change out the door hardware to the proper set-- CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST! I am extremely pleased with Britt's Inc for the cost and quality installation of two new front doors.
