The salesman was very professional and nice but there seemed to be a disconnect between the service he promised and the actual people who did the work. He said that the foreman would keep me apprised of what was going on and he didn't. As a result, it cost $300 more than I expected. It was not that the extra cost was unfounded, I just had no warning. Also, he promised they would come back and repair my chimney and they have not.

We stand to every promised we make. Dear customer please call the office to have this problem corrected. As sometimes things get over look.

Pro Roofing does perfect work, the are quick, friendly, Clean up after there self and job. The let you know what they are doing every step of the way and they are quit. They had the job done when they said it would be done. I used to manage appartments in another state and was the cheif Engineer for a resort and have use many roofing companys and Pro Roofing is the best roofing company I have ever used. I highly recommend Pro Roofing Company. Thank you.

Replaced old skylight. New one is quiet & clear... love it! Replaced roof with better product & more wood than competitors offered with NO EXTRA WOOD CHARGE, & were most reasonably priced. Better warranty too. Excellent presentation and great follow-through. Accomodated my specific requests. Building inspector also knew they did quality work. NOTE: Homeowner should check screen enclosure and patio for any missed debris and let workers redo clean up then and there if necessary. They want satisfied customers.... No payment due until homeowner is satisfied.

They were courteous and friendly. They worked with us extensively and we always were kept up to speed on the status of our roof. The roof came out wonderful as did the skylights and solar tunnel.

I just was not happy with the job. It was rush so they took shortcuts.

This project was 12sqt job.It took us 1/2 day to do. Client was expecting us to take 3 days for this little job. County pass inspection.This job was completed in Feb.There were no issues at the end of the job and at time of payment.I do know why it would take her 3 month to complaint.If there were issues she never gave us the opportunity to fix any issues with the job.
