Write a ReviewThis work was done on a house I own in Palm Coast and not my primary residence. I think they did a good job but my main issue is the estimate turned out to be $3000 less than what I was charged. I never did get an explanation to the low ball estimate. They used 37 sheets of plywood which ran the cost up considerably. On the estimate it is stated that they charge $50 a sheet. Never expected they would use 37 sheets. That seems excessive. I have no idea if a partial sheet was used to fill gaps and if I got charged for a full sheet even though 1 sheet could be used to fill many gaps. If the age of the house was a factor in so much of the plywood being bad they should have told me in their experience to anticipate a lot of plywood decking being bad. They were not up front and misleading in their estimate. I sent several emails asking how the estimate could be so far off and the only explanation was they charge $50 a sheet.
The only negative is that they contact me if I had any questions or inspect after completing the project
Other than several rain delays, the workers were onsite at the final scheduled time. The work looks excellent. I am not providing an excellent rating until time has expired to determine if tiles buckle, if leaks occur, and how customer service handles trouble calls..
Best value by far. I have a low pitched roof so needed roll roofing. They got the job done in one day even though they had to replace 19 sheets of plywood (not surprised) and over a hundred feet of wood boards. I knew my roof was in bad shape. They sent me many pictures of the repairs. Their original quote was almost $2000 less than another company that I called. Very happy so far with everything that was done. I would highly recommend them.
Flat roof with some rotten wood and corner damaged by tree they reroofed about 3 years ago and holding up great. Did have some language problems with workers and I had them adjust some face pieces to better fit in but overall very much worth it for price. All managers and office workers professional and helpful.
Failed first roof inspection but final job looks good. Two day job after being told my roof was a one day job. Some roofing nails left in the yard but overall good clean up and disposal of old roof.
Pro Roofing & Associates show up on time and did a quality job I was very please.
Communication was a major issue. None of the install team spoke fluent english. So getting any kind of info from them was nearly impossible. There were a few couple issues that had to be fixed. The biggest issue was that when the shingles were delivered, there loader sprang a leak and sprayed hydraulic fluid on my cedar siding. Getting this resolved was a major headache and very time consuming. Also, the sky light they installed had a small split in the wood on the interior side, which they tried to "fix" (cover up with caulking). I told them to forget about it, I would fix it myself.
Excellent company. Would hire them again. Even though there had been inclement weather all week Yvonne was able to work with us to reschedule for a date that worked for my husband's travel schedule so he could be there when the job was being done. The workers were professional and speedy. The job looks amazing and the price was totally fair and within our means. Nothing bad to say about this company.
Very happy with the work that was done. looks GREAT. the crew was professional and worked very hard. John Cressman Kissimmee, fl
